· Paper presenters will be given a 15% discount
off the applicable Registration fee.
· Group registration of five (5) individuals
or more from the same institution will receive a 10%
discount off the applicable registration fees
· Conference Registration Fees includes a
Program Booklet, a CD for Abstracts and conference
materials, light breakfast, morning and afternoon
coffee break and working lunch. Registration fees
are in INR/US dollars only. The conference is non-resident.
· Written requests for refunds received before
August 1, 2007 for hotel reservation and registration,
will be honored less bank processing and 15% administration
fees. No refund will be given after this date.

CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION
Confirmation of your accommodation will contain details
of your hotel booking and will be sent to you after
receipt of your full payment to Holiday Pack
– Travel & Living Pvt Ltd. of the
total accommodation cost. Changes and cancellations
of reservations should be sent to Holiday
Pack – Travel & Living Pvt Ltd.,
in written only.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Total refund of all prepaid fees will be made, excluding
an administration charge of 15% of the total amount,
provided that advanced written notification is submitted
by 18 August 2007.
After 18 August until 25 August,
a one night cancellation fee will apply.
No refunds will be made for cancellations
after 25 August 2007.
