1. Conference fee will include Conference Kit (CD of the approved papers, conference delegate badge, writing pad, pen and program schedule of the conference), Breakfast(two times)-Lunch-three days.

2. The proceedings of the conference will be documented in colored Magazine format and circulated among the resource persons as well as the participating individuals and organizations. DVD of the conference (session wise, presentation wise and full proceedings) @ Rs. 1000/- including postage will be available only in India. (Outside India 15 US dollars+ actual postage.)

3. Media coverage will be given in regional and national print as well as audio-visual media.

4. The Registration procedure will be online for the convenience of participants. After registering online and paying the registration fees and the accommodation charges (for mode of payment please see the website or registration details below), participants will be allotted their delegate numbers.
